• Final approved work becomes the client’s property once paid for in full

• I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless confidentiality has been agreed in advance

Unused concepts, drafts, or exploratory work remain my property.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information

• Reviewing and approving work within agreed timelines

• Ensuring any supplied content does not infringe third-party rights

Delays in feedback or materials may affect delivery timelines.

Limitation of Liability

While I take care to deliver work to a high professional standard, I cannot be held liable for:

• Losses arising from misuse of delivered work

• Third-party services, platforms, or software

• Business decisions made using the work provided

Liability is limited to the value of the agreed project fee.
